Hear what some of our Clients have to say about us

Caterleisure have shown a thorough understanding of the catering profession.  They have a professional approach to recruitment, staff training and local employment and have been instrumental in providing excellent communication both to customers and the Country Park management team.

Stephen Pickering, Team Leader, Countryside Services, Vale of Glamorgan Council

“TPT has worked closely with Caterleisure over the last 8 years. During this time we have seen Caterleisure invest heavily in refurbishing and upgrading all their units and introducing franchised brands such as Costa and WHSmith at key sites. Caterleisure maintain strong relationships with operational management ensuring they continually add value for their clients.”

Steve Ames – Commercial Director, amey TPT

“Caterleisure have been a retail partner on the East Coast Mainline for over a decade. Caterleisure have provided ambitious and innovative plans to refresh and improve available space at Newark and have worked closely with the project team to complement our station development plans at Berwick. The upgrade at Berwick was completed to a high standard, improving the general aesthetic of the station and meeting the needs of the travelling public as well as non-rail visitors to the town.”

Luke Richardson – Station Development Manager, London North Eastern Railway

Caterleisure took over the newly refurbished Captain’s Table at Bucklers Hard on the Beaulieu Estate in early February 2022. After a lengthy tender process, we chose Caterleisure as their proposal was by far the most practical and in line with our aspirations for Buckler’s Hard as a destination.  Since working with Caterleisure I have been impressed by their tenacity and commitment to serving our visitors. We saw the selection of a professional and consistent catering operator as an essential component in developing the Buckler’s Hard attraction.

Caterleisure have taken that on board and have been able to add real value to our visitor’s experience. They have proved an excellent ally and we have already developed a strong working relationship.

I find them to be innovative and flexible in their approach. For example, adding an indoor dog area met the needs of the dog walkers who regularly visit the site and their willingness to open early and offer breakfast has been well liked by guests from our marina and other early risers.  Their menu selection is good with quality local food set at a level which is appropriate for most visitors.

We have been very pleased with the Captain’s Table’s initial trading with strong revenue figures. This has been largely due to Caterleisure’s proactive approach and willingness to try new promotions and activities. They have also worked well with our marketing and design team to produce informative and attractive marketing which fits in with the way we view Buckler’s Hard.  I would recommend Caterleisure without hesitation.

Jon Tee, Head of Visitor Experience and Operations, Beaulieu Enterprises Ltd

“After winning the tender in 2019 Caterleisure oversaw significant improvements in the look and feel of the airport premises and the standard of F&B service provided. This was a welcome refresh and resulted in a sustained increase in F&B spend per passenger at Guernsey Airport throughout the first contract year, supported by a varied menu and a keen focus on customer service.  Caterleisure’s approach to relationship management is welcomed by the Guernsey Ports Commercial team, and they have remained close partners during the challenges of the last 18 months.  Our relationship has been maintained with both the local staff and the UK based head office team and we look forward to working on the recovery together as passenger numbers return to pre Covid levels.  Importantly for Guernsey Ports, Caterleisure have responded positively to our request to maintain a critical level of service in the airside outlet despite challenging operating conditions as a result of travel restrictions, extremely low passenger numbers and sporadic flight schedules, which is a reflection of their pragmatic approach to problem solving in order to provide a quality service.”

James Underwood, Deputy Commercial Manager, Guernsey Ports

“Working with Caterleisure has been successful from the very beginning.  They have a direct and pragmatic approach to developing in partnership and while their revenue projections are suitably prudent, we have seen their operations exceeded trading income within weeks of opening their Costa Coffee operation at Cardiff Airport. In our relationship over the last two years we have witnessed a refreshing approach from an airport catering operator. Their company is nimble and open to ideas and have a positive can do attitude throughout the management team.   We would be more than happy to share our experience in working with Caterleisure with prospective new partners.”
