We are pleased to announce that after several months of planning the New Costa at Inverness Railway Station is now open to the public.
Work has been taking place over the last 5 weeks, with the unit completely stripped back and fully refitted to the Costa Hybrid Tangerine Design. As the nation’s love affair with coffee continues to flourish, this store responds to the evolving appetite for fresh ways to enjoy coffee.
In response to customer demand, later opening hours will be trialed, extending the Costa coffee shop experience into the early evening. We will be opening Monday to Friday 6am to 7pm, Saturday 6.30am to 7pm and Sunday 8.30am to 6pm.
The store boasts an evolved interior design, building on Costa’s colorful heritage and offering customers a warm, welcoming and relaxed coffee shop setting. Our new Costa store offers the usual range of drinks, sandwiches, cakes and snacks as well as a range of alcoholic drinks.
Inverness Railway Station has over 1.3 million passengers passing through each year, and we have already seen a significant increase in sales over the last week.
Thanks go to GIA Architecture, AJN Shopfitters and all our staff at Inverness Station for their support during the work. Coming soon is the complete refurbishment of Berties Bar which will be renamed Ness & Thistle, Bar & Kitchen, watch this space for further news!
