Lancaster Costa gets a welcome update

Our Costa at Lancaster Railway Station has just reopened following a £100k refurbishment.  The work has been taking place over the last 3 weeks, with the unit completely stripped back and fully refitted.  The new look Costa has been updated to the Costa Atlas Tradition Berry Design.  The counter has been installed with two till points and two coffee machines, providing our ever increasing customers with a speedier and more efficient service.

Lancaster Costa is one of our busiest units with the station accommodating over 2.3 million passengers each year.  The decision to close for the refit wasn’t taken lightly, but it was most definitely worth it, and now it’s open and ready in time for all our Christmas shoppers.

Thanks go to GIA Architecture, AJN Shopfitters and all our staff at Lancaster station who worked to ensure we opened on schedule.  If you call in for a coffee I’m sure you will agree that the new look is fabulous, and already daily takings are on the increase with regular and new customers calling in for a coffee and snack.
